What to write about
- Corrections. If something on umingle.win is out of date or wrong — a platform that changed its pricing, a feature that no longer exists, a link that goes nowhere — tell us and we will fix it. This is the most useful mail we get.
- Partnership and advertising enquiries. Happy to hear them. Placement is not for sale, but we will always look at a platform worth testing.
- Privacy questions. Anything about how the site handles data is covered on the privacy page; if it is not, ask.
What not to write about
We cannot help with accounts, payments, refunds or support on any of the platforms linked here — those are separate companies and we have no access to your account with them. Contact the platform directly, using the support link in its own footer. The same goes for anything to do with Umingle.com itself — we are not that site, we do not run it and we have no access to it.
